If it weren't for the 40 plus million vacationers per year that visit the attractions, I would not have been able to focus into this specific market. I'm writing today to compliment your company and especially Jay Wells
for a great Florida buying experience. It takes a bit of a stretch to
say "great" as we did have some very exasperating times when we came
down days after closing to find an iced over air conditioner, no hot
water and at one point no power at all in the condo we bought but
through it all Jay went above and beyond to help us through the mess.
This was all after the closing and I suppose at this point most agents
would walk away but Jay did not. He was a life ring when we felt
surrounded by sharks and we are truly grateful for his assistance.

He has probably told you the story so I won't repeat it here. It was a
nightmare at the time.

Today I received the $500 check to apply to our travel expenses, another
promise made and kept.

We chose your company having seen an ad in the back of one of those
vacation property listing magazines picked up in a grocery store in
February. I emailed a general inquiry and Jay called us a day later. We
are very glad he did.

Through the entire buying process Jay was eager and informative, sending
me listings before our trip, entirely pleasant to be with during our
marathon of showings, very responsive to questions and backed up every
promise with action. We can't praise him enough. He continues to stay in
